Leafblowers are a noisy nuisance, but they also blow unhealthful particles ranging from animal fecal matter to toxic mold spores into the air and into our lungs.  One property may look somewhat neater for having blown trash onto the neighbor’s, but later in the week the neighbor’s  gardener blows it all back.

I’ve proposed we strengthen Santa Monica’s existing law, which has been difficult to enforce.
