Santa Monica residents are upset that three Ocean Ave.

towers are moving through the approval process before we have a Specific Plan for all of downtown.

Councilmembers Vazquez and Winterer joined me on a motion to delay towers until residents get to voice their views on what our crucial oceanfront skyline should look like.  Amazingly, we could not get a fourth vote.  The towers are moving forward without a Plan.
